Biography

Chai is a TV drama and commercials based Loader with over 15 years of experience within the industry. She spent the first two years exploring roles between the lighting and camera departments, and has been committed to working in the camera department ever since. Chai is experienced with both digital and 16/35mm film loading.

Stepping up to Operate is Chai’s long-term goal. She is currently training in Steadicam at Optical Support and on short films, is learning the wheels, and is occasionally Operating on short form shoots. She remains deeply committed to her role as 2nd AC in TV drama and commercials whilst she navigates the path to her dream-job.
